An environmental & occupational health doctor, member of the Nautical Archaeological Society in the UK where he also studies towards his level 4 Diploma in Underwater Archaeology, and hopefully joining ASP soon for his Diploma in Archaeology.
Sam lives in the Manila where he runs his own international review centre preparing OFWs for UK health and safety board exams NEBOSH.
Sam has founded the Philippines Underwater Archaeology Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to study & preserve the Philippines’ underwater heritage, and to raise public awareness about the academic study of underwater archaeology.
His article on the underwater palace of Cleopatra in Alexandria was published in the Underwater Photography Guide. Other works and photos were published in Practical Photography Magazine (UK), Gulf News (UAE) and BBC Wildlife magazine (UK).
